✨ November Spotlight: Jenny Mays ✨

Jenny started her fitness journey with us back in 2020 during the pandemic, diving into individual training to get back on track amidst a busy life and COVID. What started as one-on-one sessions quickly turned into a love for small group training, where she thrives on the energy, challenge, and camaraderie. 💪

“Being in a group makes the hour fly by and pushes me to work harder. It’s fun, social, and a great way to stay motivated,” Jenny says.

From starting slow and progressing at her own pace, to crushing workouts with friends, Jenny’s dedication and energy make her one of our favorite clients to train. 🌟
