Event Schedule:
🔹 4:45 PM – Informal Tabling Session: Connect directly with Councilmembers and City staff, ask questions, and explore City programs and ongoing projects.
🔹 5:30 PM – Formal Presentations: Hear detailed overviews of the City’s budget and Measure I, followed by a live community Q&A.

Have a question? Submit your questions ahead of time by emailing [email protected]. If we can't get to your question during the live session, answers will be posted on the City website following the event.

Back from a great vacation. Come join me tomorrow 10:15 neuro fun and 11am strength training cardio and some brain games.. I lead the class we use weights resistance bands and our body’s to increase strength,balance, mind body and spirit .

Thanks for showing up today for our mind body balance class. If you are looking for a class that includes strength and stretching our Thursday class offers both we move through some Mat Pilates moves and some great yoga/ stretching. Class is open to non gym members we have about 4 spots open . Thursdays 10:30am all equipment needed is provided.$10 a class .
