the better I can serve you! POWER SPIN is an exercise class that utilizes fun, upbeat music and spin bikes to create a moderate-high intensity workout. The Spin instructor will keep the workout lively by setting short-term goals within the workout and by utilizing the monitor on the bikes to track RPM, HEART RATE, and RESISTNCE. Bring your chest strap heart rate monitor to achieve optimal results! Bootcamps are group classes that implement weight-bearing activity in combination with cardiovascular activities. Bootcamps are most beneficial for those seeking new challenges & learning new skills thus improving overall physical and mental strength. Bootcamp uses dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, barbells, pullup bars, and various cardiovascular equipment. Personal training is one-on-one training or two-on-one training. It is most beneficial for those seeking a very specific goal & need to be closely monitored. Trainers facilitate a workout that is based on the clients’ individual goals keeping in mind that the workout and workload should be appropriately challenging. People of all fitness levels can have personal training as a part of their workout regimen. The session may consist of body-weight training, weight-bearing activity, resistance training with bands, and the use of cardiovascular machines- the sky is the limit!

We are so thankful for this group of amazing coaches! Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to the gym! It would be very hard to run the gym without this group of amazing individuals! Do you have aches and pains because you are stiff and tight? This stretch class is for you!

Your instructor will prepare your body for the stretches of the day. She will guide you through static holds and transition you gently from one stretch to the next.

This class is for all ages and fitness levels because we know that tightness can stem from: working out, ageing, and from a lack of movement (sedentary lifestyle). Come join us!

And Miss March is.... This fabulous gal... wife and mother of three, not only works her b***y off in the gym.... but she also owns Carp jazzercise, has a full time “normal job” (we like to call it), and is in the midst of getting her teaching credential. She is our Athlete of the month because she works hard, she listens to the coaches critique, and she is eager to take on new physical challenges everyday. There isn’t a week that goes by that I don’t say “hey, Teresa, why don’t we try this today....” and the response I get is often a cute little giggle with a huge smile of half doubt And half “okay- I got this”. Congratulations and keep up the work!!!
