Congrats to Nick Gehl on winning the 2018 Pay it Forward contest!

Nick's lifetime struggle as a gay man in the sport of Triathlon and the trials and tribulations of his Triathlon journey in a sport dominated by straight, white men and women was moving to me.

I loved his story and his passion for the LGBT community & the relevancy of his story in 2018.

Looking forward to 2018 with Nick!

Jenny Hayes who killed it at Ironman Los Cabos yesterday PRing her swim, run and overall race by 13 minutes! - AND landing 4th place in her 35-39 AG!

Darcy Ytterdahl - Finished 9th at Long Course Nationals in Miami on a sizzling day! And Qualified for the LC World Championships! Now some much earned R&R!

Anne Ekern - 2nd Masters/1st AG at Ronda's Duathlon in Dallas yesterday!
