So many women are moving through life under-fueled, exhausted, and disconnected from what their bodies actually need. “Fully Nourished” was created to change that.

Are you a Weekend Warrior?

Join forces with from Siren Fitness Studio and from Salty Dog Yoga for a powerhouse morning that blends strength, cardio, and recovery.

We’ll kick off at 9 AM at Siren (1003 Bennet Ln, Carolina Beach, NC 28428) with a 30-minute strength training circuit to fire up your muscles, then head out for a brisk 30-minute walk to boost endurance and connection. The journey ends at Salty Dog for a 30-minute Yin deep stretch, melting tension and restoring balance.

This collaborative class celebrates community, movement, and mindful recovery. The perfect way to start your weekend.

We are so excited to welcome to the team!!

Dr. Sarah Cavrak is a cognitive scientist, yoga teacher, and Reiki master. She has spent the last 25 years studying human behavior and wellbeing through both psychological and yogic lenses, and completed her PhD and 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher certification in 2013. She has been teaching public yoga classes, workshops, and leading international retreats ever since. Her classes are a playful blend of strength-building postures, detailed alignment, and mindful stretch!

Dr. sarah Cavrak will be offering 60-minute, one-on-one session at Siren Fitness Studio that blend strength training, stability work, and targeted stretching to help you feel strong, capable, and confident in your body every Tuesday from 10-6.

She will also be offering Heated Hatha! This is a 60-minute workshop that blends strength-building yoga with deep, intentional stretching. The first half of class builds heat through steady Hatha yoga postures that strengthen muscles, improve stability, and support joint health. The final portion slows things down with long-hold yoga stretches to release tension, increase flexibility, and help the body fully unwind!
