Right now we are in full blown Senior Season. Every week there is something, last games, honors banquets, senior night, band concerts, etc. It seems like whenever I think we have a chance to relax another exciting announcement is presented and we are back in it.

That being said, I know not having classes is disappointing and likely frustrating. I do apologize for that but this time in my son's life comes once and I don't want to miss a minute of his "lasts". That being said, we are fully booked with senior events every Thursday until May 28th. Instead of posting a sad schedule with one Thursday night on it I'll just say, unless I can host a pop-up on a Saturday, I'll be back May 28th! Thank you for understanding as we get closer to graduation. 💙

Unfortunately there will be no class tonight. Spring season sports are upon us! I hope to have April's schedule up by Sunday and am looking to add a Sunday afternoon once or twice to make up the missing classes for sports and studio pictures.

What happens when you combine Dance Fitness and Power Circuit? You get the best of BOTH worlds in ONE awesome workout! Going from cardio to weight training and back is an effective way to keep your heart rate elevated in a fat burning range while also having fun. Don't be intimated by the name, we dance more than we lift. 😉

Bring a yoga mat and light weights. I'll see you at 6:45 tonight!

March schedule is here (and fixed)! PC is Power Circuit, a strength training workout that has you feeling all the muscles! DF is Dance Fitness (formerly Zumba Fitness) and is a total body cardio workout that leaves you wanting more! ZIC? Zumba in the Circuit which combines the power of BOTH!

All classes are Thursdays at 6:45 pm and I offer a drop-in rate of $7 or punch cards (10 for $50). I take cash, venmo, and check at any class. Message me for any questions!
