Tuscola County Archers members — we are looking for a few volunteers to help with our upcoming ASA State Qualifier this coming weekend.

Our club leadership will already be there running the event, but we could use some extra hands throughout the weekend to help things run smoothly.

To make volunteering easier, we are breaking coverage into smaller shifts instead of asking for full-day commitments. This is also a great opportunity to support the club and see how a larger ASA event operates behind the scenes.

Volunteer shifts available:

• Friday – 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM
(2 volunteers needed)

• Saturday – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
(2 volunteers needed)

• Saturday – 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
(2 volunteers needed)

• Sunday – 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
(2 volunteers needed)

• Tear Down – Sunday Afternoon
(3 volunteers needed)

No prior ASA experience is needed.

As a thank you, any volunteer who works their full shift will receive a FREE Public 3D Round Voucher from the club.

I’ve put together a Google Sheets signup so members can easily claim open spots once it’s posted.

This Thursday and Friday, May 14th and 15th, is the first week of our 3D League. We will be there from 4 till dark both days. Everyone has to show up then, to do your paperwork, and pay your fees. We will be happy to see you there

That’s it for our May Public 3D Shoot! We ended up with 67 shooters this weekend and even added some members! Thank you to everyone who came out to shoot and to everyone who volunteered to work this weekend. We have an ASA State Qualifier in two weeks and then another Public 3D Shoot on June 6-7th. Like our page to follow our events and stay updated on our schedule. See you soon!

The course is set and ready for this weekend! Grab a hoodie and come on out. Muck boots are not necessary as the course is MOSTLY dry (a couple wet spots, but nothing bad). It’s a shootable course to get your outdoor 3D season started. See you Saturday and Sunday!
