Many of us focus on stretching tight muscles or strengthening our core, but often overlook how rib mobility and breathing patterns affect posture, stability, movement quality, and even low back comfort.
In this all-levels series, you'll explore the connection between breath, core support, mobility, and functional movement through thoughtful Vinyasa sequencing and practical movement education.
