It's what we do. Our public school exams are part of the secret of what makes us stand out in our industry. From our newest white belt, up to our very own 7th degree black belt! Public testing, qualified examiners, actual opportunity of pass/fail. Of course that all hinges on some of the most caring and qualified instructors around!

Summer time is perfect to build new habits before the new school season. Also a great way to stay cool as we have AC! ðŸĪĢðŸĨķ

Advances belts learning takedowns and break-falls as part of their self-defense learning. It is important that we teach more than just punching and kicking after laying the foundation.

Our foundation is of character and confidence building with our taekwondo techniques. With them we know we can be powerful even when we are nervous. That allows for more fun training and living!

A favorite moment.... one of our instructors, Mr. Mumma, coaxing some verbal confidence out of a student.

A great way to gage confidence is by how loud a student can be at the right time. Learning to use your voice can be such a great deterrent to bullying, and such a great life skill to ask for the things we want later in life.
