So March Madness is right around the corner and starting next week we will be running our own March Madness Competition.

Here is what you have to do to get involved

Follow our coaches, Work out, and post something about your fitness journey. Make sure to tag the gym, the coach you are working with, and tag friends/invite them on your posts. The winners will receive 1 of the 4 prizes.

Prizes:

1- 10 class pass sessions with
2- A Free month to train with every coach
3- A private Yoga class with you and 5 friends taught by .oreillyy
4- 3 Free Flexibility classes with

All you have to do now is get involved so show us what you got.

The C.U.T. Community is a game changer

When I started I was focused on how I can help others and I didn’t really even think about how much the community would help me. Turns out it has kept me motivated through some of the toughest times in my life and I just wanted to recognize 2 of the people who have been anchoring the community. has been training here for years and has now transformed into Shreddy Betty and also has now become a trainer and she has been doing an incredible job.

started his journey at the gym, more for therapy, and now has become one of the strongest members of the group just through his consistency and commitment.

I definitely don’t want to take away from others who have helped anchor this community but this morning Jay came in on fire because Christina had to just poke the bear .
