HP Shotokan

HP Shotokan Shotokan Karate is a traditional Japanese martial art founded by Gichin Funakoshi. Shotokan emphasis self-discipline, respect & personal growth.

It combines kihon (basics), kata (forms), and kumite (sparring) to develop speed, strength, and mental focus.
