I’m redefining what rest looks like: shifting from vacations that pulled me out of my daily life to enjoying this sweet little space I've created.

I can't wait to feel deeply restored in the very space I created to help others slow down, reconnect and come back to themselves. Sometimes I forget it includes me. 🤍

My staycation officially starts tomorrow, after hosting my somatic class, when I get to show up and receive from beautiful souls all week long at the Lighthouse.

🤍 Monday: connect with the Lighthouse Collective + host tours for our growing community at our open house

🤍 Tuesday: a deeply restful sound healing with Sacred Sounds Monterey

🤍 Thursday + Friday: sister time in nature to reconnect after being apart for far too long
