Hello, friends!

I hope this message finds you well, whether you're nearby or far away! Although I've taken a break from teaching Zumba, I'm still deeply passionate about fitness and currently serve as the Head of Yoga and Pilates at IN Fitness Club in Indianapolis.

I'm beyond thrilled to share that I've been selected to represent Team USA at the upcoming Yoga Worlds competition in Malaysia! However, as the US delegation doesn't provide funding for training or travel expenses, I'm relying on the generosity of friends and family to help make this dream a reality.
