The SageHouse Collective is being hosted by Georgia and Anna this month for a relaxing Restorative Reset. This is a long Restore style class with extra hands on assists during the entire class from both teachers. Normally, this special class sells out, but for this event it is FREE for members, everyone else, pay what you can. ❤️

Anna’s monthly Sound Bath is Sunday the 27th at 2pm. Join us for an hour of sounds in the Sun Room. Anna starts the class with a few minutes of optional guided yoga movement before you get settled into your mat. We provide a blanket and bolster for every person, but you are always welcome to bring more items to make yourself even more comfy! No experience is needed!
