Ladies, Who’s ready to have a little fun? Save the date for our first ever ladies only competition at Notch 8 on January 31st! This one is for alllllllllllll the women…teams of 2 with Rx, Scaled, and Master’s divisions in the plan. So whether you’re in your first year of CrossFit or you’re a bad ass, heavy liftin’ grandma, we’ve got a spot for you and your favorite competition bestie!
What to expect? A well run competition, prizes, a great time, and a gym playlist that’s so fire you’ll be inspired to nothing short of competition greatness. Spontaneous sing-alongs, over the top team themes, and copious cheering for your fellow competitors are all acceptable.
