This is why I check every call I make. I dont assume just because I did everything right it's good to go. This little guy and 3 others have the sound off, so it's disassemble time. By the looks the glues didn't take on about a 1/2 inch in the rim leaving a void and no bond from slate to call. I've made to many pot calls over the years I can hear the small difference giving you the insight to know it's gotta come apart. If it's not 100 percent it's not leaving the shop. We had a tight window to get it done, with only a few hours to hunt on Saturday we got lucky and called in a couple good birds with the Rick Labbe pot call and mercenary mouth call for greg to double up on and tag out for the spring season. Congrats brother nothing better than making memories out in the field.
