5 years ago today this is what my gym looked like. I was blessed by for the dream to create and later her kindness to trust and sell to me. .training became a reality January 1st 2020. Since then the blessings have not stopped. I and all our trainers have been touched by each and everyone who has came through our doors. There are to many of you to name, but thank you all. I am truly humbled for the trust and love you have put in each of us to help you on your mental, physical and spiritual journey. Let’s keep it moving and grow our community 💪🏽😎👍🏽
