This weekend training dives deep into the Classical Pilates method. You'll feel it in your body and learn how to translate that into your teaching. This training provides all of the tools you need to become a competent, confident teacher.

We're welcoming the new year with new training dates! We are incredibly fortunate to be a Power Pilates host location in Indiana, ensuring that Pilates instructors are being held to the highest standard of education and training. The Power Pilates curriculum thoroughly prepares students to teach to clients of all levels and abilities. Programs we will host include Core Mat I, Core Mat II, and Comprehensive.

Core Mat I - May 2-4 & September 12-14
Core Mat II - September 26-28
Comprehensive - October 24-26

For six days, your trainers worked through some intense training. We pushed the boundaries of how we view movement.
