Perhaps you need just a little extra help. If you are anything like me, I do NOT tolerate caffeine very well, so finding a natural supplement to enhance my focus without caffeine has been a challenge. BUT! I did find ONE all natural ingredient that gives me the effects of caffeine while incorporating the incredible healing properties of oleuropein into my routine. Oleuropein can be found in many forms, but for focus, pure ground olive leaves are the most effective.
