Tennis is a big reason campers come to CVTC. It is not the only reason campers remember CVTC.

Campers spend serious time on court. Small tennis groups. Three non-consecutive lesson hours. Daily demos. Match play. Center Court. Coaches helping campers improve strokes, movement, strategy, sportsmanship and confidence.

Then there is everything around the tennis.

Room groups. Fresh meals made at camp. Pool time. Evening activities. Conversations without phones in hand. Healthy competition. Cheering for other campers. Learning how to live as part of a community.

CVTC has been electronics-free for years because real connection is part of the program, not an extra. Our family is personally involved in camp, and CVTC’s ACA accreditation adds another layer of structure, safety and accountability for families choosing a sleepaway experience.

Campers come to improve their tennis. Campers leave as part of CVTC.

There is a moment when a kid is ready to become a CVTC camper. 🎾

At CVTC, that means much more than spending a week or two away from home.

Campers join tennis groups, room groups and a community that lives the summer together. They train, play matches, eat together, take part in evening activities, unplug from personal electronics and begin building friendships face-to-face.

And our family is here for all of it.

CVTC is family-owned and directed, and our Directors are hands-on throughout the summer. Tennis development matters deeply here. So do sportsmanship, safety, independence, confidence, connection and the feeling that every camper is part of CVTC.

That is what the camp years can become.
