What’s up, competitors?!?
💪🏾🔥 If you’re planning to compete in my July 12, 2025, strongman competition, I want to do things a little differently and actually help you prepare for battle!!! This Is Only A Suggestion,
Not A Requirement. CoachBoyd Only Wants You To Succeed, And If I Can Help, I Would Be Honored To Do So!!!
I’m putting together a 7-day strongman training plan designed specifically to get beginners & first-time competitors ready for the big day!!! This is NOT just a random gym routine, this is structured to build strength, endurance, and skill in the exact events you’ll be competing in!!!
🔹 30-Minute Sessions –
Because I know time is valuable!!!
🔹 Warm-ups, Strongman Event Training, & Accessories –
Everything is laid out for you!!!
🔹 Progress Weekly –
I’ll include guidance on how to increase your weights each week so you’re peaking on competition day!!!
📌 HOW THIS WILL WORK:
➡️ Below in the comments, I’ll be posting seven separate workouts (one for each day of the week).
➡️ Each workout will focus on one main strongman event, followed by accessory work to build strength where you need it most!!!
➡️ You can plug-in your starting weight, follow the program as-is or use it as a template to modify for your own needs!!!
💡 This is completely FREE!!! My goal is to help you step into the competition fully prepared and ready to dominate on July 12!!!
🚀 Final Notes for Competitors:
💡 Progressive Overload is Key – Increase weights weekly by 5-10% on your main lifts!!!
💡 Prioritize Form – Avoid sloppy lifts. Strongman is about control & efficiency!!!
💡 Stay Consistent – Train 4-6x per week and adapt based on your recovery!!!
