includes professional, collegiate, and elite high school athletes. Additionally, we have training programs for adults and youth athletic development programs.

From kicking off her strength and speed training journey with Activ8 at just 10 years old in November 2021, Maddie is bound to take the world by storm. She is an exceptional athlete who is extremely passionate about her sport.

Continuing her journey with us she has slashed 6% off of her 20 yd sprint time in the past 4 months of training. Maddie is a powerhouse in the making! 🚀⚽ From the beginning of her journey with Activ8 to now, she has gained a solid 18.3 lbs in just skeletal muscle mass! From 36.6 lbs to 54.9 lbs of pure muscle, that’s a 33% increase!
