Every day in May, day 2! This challenge is about committing to moving your body every day, it doesn’t have to be an intense workout. It can be a simple 20 min walk, mediation, yoga etc. our goal is to stay motivated and consistent through the month of May ✨

Announcing our March Challenge! All month long we will be tracking your total meters rowed and distance climbed in every class, at the end of the month the top 3 of each category will be crowned our next Mill Ambassadors 💪🏼 with bragging rights and perks included 😉 We have set a daily goal of 1500 meters for the row and 600 feet on the climber as a starting range, let’s do this! Maybe we can hit a million meters for the month of March… who’s in?
