Today is a very special day for Raising Golfers Golf Academy as we celebrate our 5th Anniversary.
What started small and simple, but with a big vision, has grown step by step, month by month, and year by year into what the academy is today. We are incredibly proud of how far we have come as an organization and of what we are able to provide for our community.
They say that 50% of businesses never make it to the 5-year mark. That is a sobering statistic, but it also makes this milestone even more meaningful. We are proud to still be here, continuing to provide some of the best developmental golf programs in the area.
By no means has the journey been smooth, but that is part of the process. Growth comes through learning from mistakes, discovering what works, and continuing to improve along the way.
Reaching this milestone was not done alone, and it certainly would not have been possible without the support and trust of so many people.
First, I want to thank my entire family for believing in me, trusting my vision, and giving me the freedom to pursue this journey. To my friends who helped me get my feet on the ground here, thank you. To Rancho Carlsbad, La Costa, and everyone who believed in what we do and gave us the opportunity to build these programs, thank you. To Operation 36 and their team for their continued support, thank you. Our golf game providers who bring the play the golf, thank you. To our staff and management team, thank you for pouring your heart and soul into this academy, for being open-minded, flexible, and so caring with our families. And lastly, to the community of families who have supported our academy over the years, thank you. Your trust and support have meant everything.
While this 5-year milestone is something we are proud to celebrate, it is far from the finish line. We have many new ideas, exciting plans, and a strong commitment to continue bringing the very best program possible to our local community.
