Instead of the classic cable triceps extension, twist on one side to get an increased extension of the arm, and consequently optimize the triceps contraction. Thanks to Anne !

2 tips today for better biceps workout:
- Eccentric load is phenomenal: find a spotter, a barbell and a curl bench. Ask the spotter to lift the bar, and slowly lower the bar under control at low speed (5sec per motion)
- Better contraction when the wrists are rotated outside, try this with a pair of dumbbells!
