Getting in shape isn't going to happen overnight and you shouldn't be rushing the process by trying fad diets or extreme workout plans.

Getting in shape is a journey and requires time and patience, as well as a customized meal and workout plan. Everyone is different, so not everyone can do the same plan to get results.
