A little change can be a good thing 🖤
Over the years, our Speed & Agility Clinic has grown more than I ever imagined, and I’m incredibly grateful for every athlete and family who has trusted us along the way.
As we continue to grow, we’ve decided to separate our training sessions by age group to create the best possible training environment for each athlete.
Speed & Agility Training will now be exclusively for our Elementary School Athletes, while our Middle School and High School Athletes will transition into Athletic Performance Training, a more advanced program designed to help athletes improve speed, power, strength, movement, and overall athletic development.
As I slowly step back from most one-on-one training, I’ll be focusing more on growing the programs, overseeing operations, developing our coaches, and running more clinics and specialty events. This allows us to continue expanding while still providing the high-level training our athletes deserve.
Summer Training Schedule
Tuesday | 9:00–10:00 AM
Middle School Athletic Performance Training
Thursday | 9:00–10:00 AM
High School Athletic Performance Training
Friday | 5:00–6:00 PM
Elementary School Speed & Agility
Please note: Once school is back in session, our Middle School and High School Athletic Performance Training sessions will transition to evening hours to better accommodate school schedules.
Strength & Conditioning Clinic
Wednesday | 6:30–7:30 PM
Open to All Ages
Our Wednesday Strength & Conditioning Clinic will remain the same since it’s a completely different style of training focused on building strength, power, and overall athletic development.
Thank you for continuing to grow with us. The mission hasn’t changed. We’re still committed to helping athletes become stronger, faster, more confident, and better prepared for whatever comes next.
