Great work by our boys today at Allen Park. Most were running their third 5K in six days and second in three days in the heat. A great opportunity to learn to race in different conditions and environments.

It was a great night under the lights! Proud of the effort everyone put into their races and being supportive teammates. Now that we know where we stand, we can start working towards our October goals. Thank you to all of our family and friends who made the trip out to support our team as well.
