No wrestling during No Contact period!

We will be starting wrestling back at the ATTIC. Cost will be $5 per class, we will be training on Sundays And Wednesday from 7-8:30. Come up and get your off season work started. Training will start this Sunday 6/8/25. Wrestling and weight training!

Wrestling season is upon us!!! Practice starts tonight in the ATTIC. Practice times will be Monday and Wednesday 6:00 -7:30. Please message for details.

Wrestling open mats will be Sundays at 6:30, Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 once wrestling starts on the 15 of November. Until then we will still be doing the Sunday Tuesday Wednesday 6:30-8pm

We will be having open mats on Thursday at 6:30 -7:45 for anyone who would be interested in continuing to work on your wrestling skills. We would like to start a club group to keep everyone up on their skills. This will be for all skill levels.
