episode is live! Wow, beyond honored to be a guest on Advice Line with host .raz and , founder of Zumba. I’ve probably listened to every episode of this podcast and to now be on the show is pretty wild.

To those unfamiliar with the podcast, it details the journeys of the world’s most successful founders. As someone who has just started on their path, it has been a form of business therapy. It’s not all face shots and high fives. The past few weeks were a stark reminder of the realities of running an outdoor brand.

We were two weeks late in delivering IR Waxers to our customers. A ton of things went wrong (mostly out of our control) but it was still on us to deliver on our promise.

Fortunately our customers are amazing and we’re very understanding. Except for one guy who made a comment about my alleged backseat skiing (see today’s newsletter).

Couple takeaways … 1. huge 🙏 to our customers 2. We still love the journey and will continue to grow and learn 3. IR WAXERS are back in stock! 👏

As an outdoor brand, has only been our North Star. They are leaders in performance AND sustainability and realize that the two don’t have to be mutually exclusive. We feel the same way!
