Out with the old and in with the new.

We are definitely going to miss our old wall mount set up. But these new Rogue Monster Lite wall mount racks will offer much more. 2 more squat and bench stations, and 6’ wide middle station so you can hang and not worry about hitting your neighbors bar. Hope you all enjoy!

Hey everyone,
Our plates are starting to get pretty beat up from people dropping them. These weights are not bumper plates and if you are going to deadlift with them please make sure you control the bar on the way down. If you feel that you cannot do that, please use the bumper plates. We will work on getting some more plates that can withstand drops. Thank you!
