Former Member? Join Osage County Wellness for $45/mo!

If you're a former OC Fitness member, you can still join the Osage County Chiropractic and Wellness Center gym PLUS enjoy our volunteer group workouts, all under one roof. We're having a ton of fun working out together then hitting the weight room or the cardio!

What's different?

Your monthly rate will be $45. Enrollment and membership goes through Osage County Chiropractic. That gets you access to all of the gym equipment, circuit equipment, boxing equipment, plus access to streaming workouts on the TV, and group workouts.

We no longer have instructors, but volunteers leading a group workout. They're not being paid to be there, they're just working out as you do, but will select a streaming workout, or lead one if they choose (see schedule below).

Sign up at the front desk inside Osage County Chiropractic (119 Main in Carbondale) 8am-12pm and 1-5pm, Mon-Fri. We have forms at our desk, too.

Christmas workout M/W/F 8am this week! Come try it out!! T/Th will be a boot camp/gym workout. Both about 35-45 minutes. 119 Main in Carbondale.

We workout to the video, then do our own thing. Walk on the treadmill, do a few machines in the gym, stretch, or go home. T/Th we do stations around the room and in the gym, anyone can do it. If you want to get moving, it's a great group to start with. 👍 We all do our own thing! Weight, speed, etc.

Tomorrow is World Gratitude Day. I'm so grateful for our amazing members, whose dedication and energy make our community so strong. And a huge thank you to our incredible instructors, who inspire and motivate us to reach our fitness goals every day!

Homecoming is back next week! We have the crown and sash ready for our queen! Participate each class you attend and enter a ticket in our jar, if the class votes you're best dressed, you get to enter a second ticket!👑

Winner drawn at the end of class Saturday, September 28th and our queen will be crowned at her next class if not in attendance that day! Good luck!
