We LOVE our coaches!!!

has a massive love for the great outdoors. He’s done it all…. Competitive Swimming, Competitive Bike Racing, Collegiate Ski Racing – GO WAZZU, Big Mountain Extreme Competitions – Alpine and Telemark, Triathlons, Half-marathons, kayaking, mt biking, and of course skiing.
And has a huge heart and great sense of humor. He brings knowledge and fun into every class.

A Colorado native, He was born in Denver and learned to ski in Crested Butte, which paved for a life long passion for the outdoors and adventures. Athletics have always been a part of his life. His family ensured that he was always involved with one or two sports at a time. Swimming and skiing were areas that he spent most of his time training as a young person. He ski raced in college, which was a great way to stay fit with an awesome team. He worked as a ski instructor and coach for many years and learned to love mt. biking, kayaking and climbing, as well. Patrick started doing Crossfit in 2011 and feels it was truly life changing, and it took him from a “late 30’s” funk to truly happiness through fitness. It makes his day when people want to share about how well they did in a competition or how good they look and feel from CrossFit. Knowing that he has had a part to make people stronger, both mentally and physically, is the foundation why he loves this sport.

We love our coaches!!!

Known for her unparalleled kettlebell strength, knowledge and technique, is a woman you want to learn from.

Audrey has been teaching group classes and individuals since 2012. She specializes in coaching kettlebell lifting, weightlifting technique, and group fitness classes. Audrey has earned a Master of Sport Ranking (MSIC) in 24kg Sn**ch and she holds the American record for 24kg Sn**ch in the 58kg weight-class.

One of her greatest passions is to encourage, inspire, and motivate anyone who has a desire for increased fitness and wellness. Audrey thinks fitness should be fun and challenge you physically and mentally.

With the rise in temperature it’s SUPER IMPORTANT to stay HYDRATED in the heat.

Dehydration leads to muscle fatigue, loss of coordination, heat stress, reduction in blood volume, decreased skin blood flow, decreased sweat rate, and an increased core temperature. Without an adequate supply of water the body will lack energy and muscles may cramp. You need to replace fluid when you sweat in order to maintain normal body function and performance levels.

So, drink before, during and after a workout.

One of our swimmer athletes just had faster times in all of her heats in her latest competition.

Cross training is highly effective and will benefit your sport or favorite activity greatly. It is a great way to condition different muscle groups, develop a new set of skills, and decrease risk of injury. You will increase your strength, power, speed, endurance, agility, and balance. All of which translates across all sports and your everyday life so you can do epic s**t. 🔥

It seems impossible. Till it isn’t.

Fitness is about pushing past your limits. But in doing so, you’ll most certainly be faced with lots of self doubt and will likely involve some pain to get there.

Avoiding this pain and you avoid the feelings that come with rising above the ordinary. Your limits will never change, growth will never occur by staying in your comfort zone. Growth happens at our limits.
Embrace it.
