S’mores and stories around the fire. Guides who bring the enthusiasm every single morning. Climbers finding their grip for the first time. A hike to Grand Falls that nobody wanted to end. Kids who arrived with excitement and nerves, and left having conquered the rapids.

Rafting, ropes, rock climbing, campfires, kayaking, and kids who never wanted to leave. What an incredible month in the Maine woods.

The school year may be starting but we’re still very much in summer mode over here.

Two high water dates left in 2026. 🌊

September 12 and September 26 — the only days this season when the Kennebec runs at 8,000 cfs and Maytag comes to life. Your guide picks your line based on your group. Not ready for Maytag? Magic Falls on the left is one of the best class IV runs on the Kennebec at any water level.
