Adventure Sea Kayak and SUP is Hiring!!!!
Calling all outdoor enthusiasts! Adventure Sea Kayak and SUP on Captiva Island, is hiring Paddle Sport Attendants & Kayak and Stand up Paddle board Guides for part time/full time, weekday and weekend work.
We are looking for HONEST, HARD WORKING, RESPECTFUL, FRIENDLY, individuals who will assist with all aspects of our day to day operations. We are a “customer service first” based business and EXCELLENT customer service skills are a MUST!
Job requires helping guests on and off the water, lifting & cleaning kayaks & paddle boards, running transactions and guiding kayak eco tours. Must have excellent customer service & people skills, organizational skills and be physically fit and ABLE TO LIFT 50 POUNDS UNASSISTED MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY. Position also requires delivering Kayaks, paddle board so must have own transportation to and from Captiva & a clean driving record.
Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Yoga certification and or Fishing experience is a plus! Management experience is a plus! Local ecology & environmental knowledge is a plus! Pay will be based on experience. Opportunities for advancement include guiding kayak & paddle board eco tours, summer camp counselor position and management.
