The original 9 holes were designed by Donald Ross and the additional 9 holes were designed by Brian Silva. A forgiving, yet unique layout can be enjoyed by all abilities. We encourage you to visit our Pub and Grille after your round

where you'll find great eats, drinks, and atmosphere. We have a full natural grass practice facility, and private lessons are available. We are located 45 minutes south of Portland, 20 minutes north of Portsmouth, and just over an hour north of Boston.

⛳ Why do we aerify the greens? Because great playing conditions start from the ground up.

At Cape Neddick Country Club, aerification is one of the most important practices we do to keep our greens healthy, smooth, and top-notch all season long.

By aerifying, we:
🌱 Relieve soil compaction
🌱 Remove excess thatch
🌱 Improve oxygen and water movement through the root zone
🌱 Help the turf access the nutrients it needs to thrive

You’ll notice we use larger tines on our tees and collars, while our putting greens receive much smaller tines. This minimizes disruption to your round while allowing us to aerate the greens nearly once a month and maintain exceptional putting quality.

A little maintenance today means healthier turf, smoother rolls, and better playing conditions tomorrow.
