Starting this Monday, at 6pm, we will be offering an open Run and Walk group meet-up at the studio. There is no cost. Just come, meet new people and enjoy community while exercising outside.

On Wednesday, at 6pm, we will offer a Run & Walk class that will focus on helping you enhance your performance through drills and focused training techniques that will aid both runners and walkers alike.

I recently gave up pork and really the only challenge has been with not having bacon. I was happy to find this plant-based substitute today. Honestly, it does not taste 100% like bacon but it is “bacon-adjacent”. You do need to like coconut as that flavor is evident. Luckily- I do!!
