Before kids learn submissions, they learn how to stay safe. Protecting their neck, maintaining good posture, escaping bad positions, and staying calm when things don’t go their way.
2. Technique Over Strength
We don’t teach kids to muscle through everything. We teach them how to use balance, timing, and proper technique so they can move the right way.
3. Consistency & Calmness
Show up. Listen. Keep learning. The kid who trains twice a week for a year will go further than the kid who gives up after a few months.
