Dance Dimensions of SWFL is a non-competitive performing arts studio where dancers can experience the joy of performance and dance without the pressures of competition. We offer a wide range of exciting classes from BALLET to HIP HOP! Kids can take recreational classes or they can even become a member of our locally known Show Troupe Team who perform at various venues around the state. We are expanding with new classes every month so be sure & check out our website to see what's been added. Now offering MUSIC & PIANO lessons as well! We are also looking to start some fun, upbeat adult classes so let us know if you & your friends are interested!

Are toddler dance classes really worth it??

Absolutely. The value of toddler dance goes far beyond the dance floor.

Itā€™s the confidence they gain when they try something new. The coordination they develop through movement. Itā€™s the listening skillsā€¦the friendship buildingā€¦the growing independenceā€¦and find the joy in all these things. (The giggles are just a great bonus.)

Yes, dance takes time, commitment and an investment. But itā€™s an investment that goes far beyond a weekly class, a leotard and some ballet shoes. Itā€™s an investment in a childā€™s growth, confidence and foundation for the future.

Without hesitation, toddler dance classes are worth every minute. šŸ’œ

MEET MISS GWEN:

Gwendolyn is a trained dancer, instructor and choreographer with a background in Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, Acro, and Tap. Growing up in the competitive dance world, she had the opportunity to train through competitions, conventions, and workshops. Gaining experience and inspiration from a variety of teachers and choreographers.

Her passion for dance has grown into a love for teaching and choreography, with experience working with dancers of all ages and levels. Gwendolyn has received choreography awards and other accolades for pieces throughout her career.

She is passionate about creating a positive and encouraging environment where dancers can build confidence, develop their skills and discover their own love for dance. Her approach to teaching focuses on building a strong technical foundation while providing the guidance and support dancers need to grow both in and out of the studio.

Every Tuesday we celebrate ā€œTeam Tuesdayā€ by introducing you to one of our DDS team member.

Thank you to all the families and friends who came out to support our girls this morning! We also want to give a HUGE shout out to Applebee's Grill + Bar on Del Prado for hosting our Flapjacks Fundraiser. Breakfast was greatā€¦the staff was amazingā€¦and our Show Troupe girls had a blast!! Thank you all!!!
