As beautifully said” Yoga is about the inner changes and awareness”, the practice is a time to put everything else on hold and connect to ones inner being, and it’s never too late to start. I'm so grateful for the teacher training that opened the whole new way of a physical and spiritual practice and philosophy to live by. Certified to teach by Virginia Williamson and Inga Balciuniene through Florida Yoga Academy, began yoga teachers path in July of 2014. Krishanamacharya’s tradition and teaching authentic yoga style. Teaching yoga gives infinite inspirations, where the lifelong search for a purpose, for many, begins on the mat as a physical practice. It is a gift to know, that the step on the mat is the beginning of so many discoveries, hidden and suppressed beneath ones layers, that starts to peel off with the yoga tools use, and the practice of yoga is carried in life on and off the mat. I will guide through the class with care, by teaching proper breathing techniques, meditation and poses, modifying them and the flow for the student’s level needs.

Panther Meadows I went to with my souls sisters and an open heart, filled with wonder, respect, and a feeling that perhaps I might encounter something magical because all is so magical there, the stories folks tell, from fairies, lemurians, aliens, ascended masters ( thats another one surprise happened..) I sat beside the spring, watching the water trickle through the meadow and disappear among the flowers. Birds came to drink, then lifted into the blue sky, the sound their wings made, the humming of the bees Mount Shasta stood quietly like by it all. When I closed my soon a deep grief arose in my chest. It felt larger than my own—like the sorrow of many who had come before...I let it be... And then she came, a Native woman carrying a vessel filled with water from the spring. She came quietly and, without words, poured the water over my head. As it flowed down my face and chest, the grief began to move through me and disappear. Suddenly, I felt light.There was space where the pain had been.And in that space came bliss. I don't know who she was or where she came from. I only know that she came carrying water from a spring regarded by the Winnemem Wintu as a place of beginning. I had arrived looking for magic. I never expected it to come as water.But at that sacred spring, something in me began again.
