Cape PAL Wrestling Post & Pre-Season Wrestling Club for current and future Island Coast High School students.

Open mat and weight room available for all students, whether you intend to join the wrestling team or not. However, you must complete your clearance and possess an AAU card to participate.

Oasis has hired a head wrestling coach and both assistant coaches will remain with the program. Official announcement from school is pending.
