Weight loss vs Body Fat loss....

If you stop eating - your body will eat away at muscle, bones, organs, water and fat.

If we stop with the quick fix diets, drugs, starvation etc, we can settle in at a comfortable healthy weight and LOSE BODY FAT and maintain it for years.......

I'm currently on 15 of weight 145 to 155lbs. In that time I've been injured, sick, had tragic events and joyous occasions. Had a baby with emergency c- section..... life happened but I remained as balanced as possible.

It is possible.... don't do this.
