FonockFit Barbell Club FonockFit Barbell Club is a USAW recognized weightlifting club in Cape Coral, FL. Our coaches are USAW Level 2/Safesport certified .

We love to work with all level lifters- from beginner to advanced ,lifting for fitness, to competitive lifting.

The clock is ticking! If you are interested in competing in a USAW sanctioned weightlifting meet and live in the SW Florida area, there is one in your backyard. Thunderstruck is This coming Saturday. There is still time to sign last minute. This is a USAW sanctioned meet, However a USAW membership is not required if you’d like to compete only. This is a great meet for first timers,or veterans and it’s gonna be a blast!
