I'm really excited to announce that I have a new location for bootcamp!

I'll be partnering with Central Brevard Soccer to bring you bootcamp on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 (convenient for all the parents on the sidelines, but ALL are welcome).

All levels are welcome.

Please bring a mat, towel and water.

All clients (new AND experienced) please show up 15 minutes early to fill out some paperwork. Your first session is free, and after that $10 per session or $70 paid up front for 8 sessions. 10% will be donated back to Central Brevard Soccer.

Looking forward to seeing everyone Tuesday the 26th of September.

Do you ever think to yourself, I need to _______________ to be fit?
Here’s some common ones: do a keto diet, be hungry all the time, do intermittent fasting, work out all the time, be in beast mode, count macros.

Have you ever wondered to yourself “is this true?”

As a mindfulness-based, health coach, I assure you that none of these options are bad but they also aren’t necessary. What works is something you will do consistently and enjoy. This is what I do - work with you to find the habits and practices that work for you. When we do this and you discover “your way” the effort feels good.

When you obsess over your “forbidden” foods, you tend to crave them even more than before — and consequently eat even more of them. That’s frustrating!



To overcome the ban-more-eat-more-cycle, focus on ADDITION, rather than subtraction.

➕Add nutrient-rich veggies and lean protein foods
➕Intentionally enjoy foods you love, in moderation

= fewer cravings and more satisfaction!

Battle ropes are excellent for the core because they strengthen the muscles used for both extending and contracting. Those are important because the stronger your front core muscles are, the better they are at protecting your lower back leading to less lower back pain.

"Megan offered me game-changing advice in both Boot Camp and in our one-on-one sessions.

I came in having some issues with planar fasciitis and knee pain. Megan offered modifications during Boot Camp but also showed me stretches, exercises, and foam rolling techniques that changed my body immediately.

I feel like the options she gave me were keys I needed to take care of myself and prevent issues from getting worse and even reversing them. "

Your mindset impacts the likelihood and rate of success in achieving your fitness goals. It’s tempting to hit it hard after a period of inactivity…but that can actually SLOW YOU DOWN because you risk injury, too much soreness, and becoming discouraged. A healthy mindset is meeting yourself where you are and making slow incremental advancements. This makes it more likely that your goals are reached AND ALSO can be quicker in the long run. Remember, slow is smooth and smooth is fast!

Get it Ralph and Monica! Our regulars are in great shape from coming to Boot Camp consistently. We exercise with medicine balls, kettle bells, dumbbells, and our own body weight. Tuesday October 18th is the last day for this special session. We will meet at the regular time from 6:00-7:00 pm in Cape Canaveral at Carib Brewery USA for our workout. Should you decide to relax with a brew afterward, well…you’ve earned it!
