As an entrepreneur, your going to have your ups and downs. However, when you actually love the product you make and, only want the best for the business, you can run into some issues. Most the "review" bombs and the coordinated attack against me for the past few years have taught me a lot. Mainly, to focus on what you can fix, what you know is going well and do what you can. For a few years, I've felt painted into a corner, locally. I'm over here, still building still sustaining much to the dismay of a few people on a certain page. People, don't see the stuff I did resolve a lot of the issues and how much I paid out in refunds or making boards, again even tho they were fine the first time. I have done everything I can to satisfy,a group of people who were never going to leave good enough alone. Add some surf shop owners and people competing with me, to fuel them and you have my situation. Glass House was founded to build the best boards I can as one person I tried to get help, but the rumors people would spin made it hard to get anyone who I thought could do the work into the shop. However, I'm sitting here, in a beautiful factory, on island creating some very unique and functional boards, with great tools and purpose built rooms, I'm having a soft opening may 31st and will have demo boards and stock ready to go, no wait. It's my answer back to a lot of the negative crap. Come by, feel the boards, and know. I've actually been doing it right, people here, just have no idea what they're looking at.
