CollegeBound Soccer Consulting

CollegeBound Soccer Consulting Our mission is to empower athletes with the knowledge and resources needed to play at the next level.

I am a former college & club coach with over 20 years of experience. I was an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for women’s programs at the D1, D2 & D3 level. I have been an ECNL college coordinator, ODP coach and have my USSF B License, as well as a minor in Coaching Philosophy. Over my career I've helped kids go off to play all over the country, including having players win D1, D2 & D3

NCAA Championships. More importantly, I am incredibly passionate about educating and coaching youth athletes how to find success on or off the field.

They’re built over time.

Too many players only communicate when they need something—a showcase is coming, they’re attending an ID camp, or they want a coach to watch them play.

What about the rest of the year?

Follow their season. Congratulate them. Share updates from yours. Find genuine reasons to stay connected.

Consistency creates familiarity. Familiarity helps build relationships.

If your family isn’t sure who to contact, when to reach out, or how to build those relationships, you may need a clearer plan.

DM me “BLUEPRINT” and let’s talk about your recruiting approach.

Build the plan. Find the right fit.

But information alone doesn’t tell you what your player should do next.

That’s why I start with a personalized Recruiting Blueprint — understanding your player, evaluating their level, identifying the right-fit schools and creating a plan that drives the recruiting process.

And when recruiting starts happening?

Coach texts. Calls. ID camps. Visits. Multiple schools showing interest.

I’m there to help your family navigate those decisions.

You don’t just need more recruiting information.

You need a plan — and someone experienced in your corner.

📩 DM me BLUEPRINT to learn more.

Bad games. Mistakes. Playing time. Disappointment. Difficult conversations.

Those moments are hard to watch—but they’re also opportunities to build resilience.

Support them. Guide them. Ask better questions.

But let them learn to fight some of their own battles.

Because we’re not just raising better athletes.

We’re prepare them for life.

During recruiting, everyone is putting their best foot forward—so how do you know what the experience will really be like?

Start doing your homework before an offer comes.

Follow the coach. Watch games. Listen to interviews. Talk to current and former players. Look at roster turnover. Ask better questions.

You may never know everything—but you can make a much more informed decision.

Don’t just hope the culture is right. Learn how to evaluate it.

📩 DM “BLUEPRINT” if your family needs help finding the right fit.

Start studying the level you say you want.

Watch your position. Compare the speed, decisions, movement, physicality, and technical quality.

Then ask yourself one important question:

Could I compete in this game right now?

Understanding your level is a huge part of building the right recruiting plan.

I can help your player know what to look for, where they currently fit, and what they need to improve to reach the next level.

DM “BLUEPRINT” if you want help building the right plan.

Some 2028 players are already receiving offers and making commitments. But if your player isn’t where you hoped they’d be, don’t assume the opportunity is gone.

The next step isn’t to panic.

It’s to make sure your recruiting plan matches your player’s goals, abilities, and the schools that are the right fit.

The families I work with aren’t looking for just any offer—they’re looking for the right college home academically, athletically, financially, and personally.

If you’re a 2028 family wondering what to do next, comment “BLUEPRINT” or send me a DM. Let’s build a personalized recruiting plan that helps your player find the right fit, not just the next opportunity.

They need someone to explain what actually matters, when it matters, and how it applies to their player.

That’s the difference between information and guidance.

I don’t just hand families a workbook and wish them luck. We work through it together, build a personalized recruiting blueprint, answer the tough questions, and adjust the plan as recruiting changes.

Because recruiting isn’t won by the family with the biggest binder…

It’s won by the family making the best decisions.

If you’re tired of trying to figure it all out on your own, send me “BLUEPRINT” and let’s build a plan together.

Most families start the recruiting process by asking, “How do we contact coaches?”

I think the better question is, “What are we actually looking for?”

Your recruiting blueprint should come before your recruiting emails.

Clarity creates confidence. Confidence leads to better decisions.

You don’t have to navigate recruiting by yourself.

I’m currently working with ECNL, GA, and ECNL-RL families to help them evaluate their options, build a strategy, and create recruiting momentum.

Are you getting real recruiting guidance… or just templates and the occasional email?

The biggest recruiting decisions don’t come with a checklist.

If you’re wondering whether your family is doing enough, let’s talk.
