Hey sister, I hate to break it to you, but your expectations have to match what you’re willing to do.

You can’t want the results of someone who trains 4-5 days a week, prioritizes protein, gets their steps in, and pays attention to their nutrition… while only being willing to work out twice a week and hoping for the best.

If you want glutes, you’re going to have to train your legs. All of them. Glutes don’t grow in isolation.

If you want toned arms, you’re going to have to build muscle. And despite what social media has convinced women of, you are not going to accidentally wake up looking like a bodybuilder.

If you want to lose body fat and finally see the muscle you’ve worked so hard for, you’re going to have to clean up your nutrition. Not perfectly. Not obsessively. But yes, you’re going to have to learn how to eat healthier than you do right now.

The good news is you don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to spend hours in the gym. You don’t have to give up every food you love.

But you do have to be realistic.

The body you’re after requires a certain level of effort, consistency, and commitment. There is no way around that part.

The women getting the best results aren’t luckier than you. They simply decided that their actions were finally going to match their goals.

It’s funny because it’s true.

Have you ever noticed that the second you start building momentum, life throws something at you? A tweaked shoulder. A sore knee. A cranky back. A cold. Something.

Here’s the reality: if you’re on a fitness journey, you’re probably going to deal with aches, pains, setbacks, and obstacles. If you’re not on a fitness journey, there’s a good chance you’ll still deal with aches, pains, setbacks, and obstacles.

You have to pick your hard.

The goal isn’t to avoid every injury or setback. The goal is to learn how to work around them when you can, be smart about your training, and focus on recovery just as much as you focus on your workouts.

I’ve trained through shoulder issues, hip pain, back pain, pregnancies, a car accident, and more.

Sometimes I pushed. Sometimes I modified. Sometimes recovery became the workout.
The strongest people aren’t the ones who never get hurt. They’re the ones who adjust, recover, and keep showing up.
Keep moving forward.

Most people don’t spend any time hanging anymore.

Unless you’re working on pull-ups, chances are the last time you hung from something was when you were a kid on the monkey bars.

And honestly, that’s a problem.

Dead hangs are one of the most underrated exercises you can do. They strengthen your grip, improve shoulder health, help decompress the spine, challenge your body control, and build the kind of strength that actually carries over into real life.

What’s even more interesting is that grip strength has been linked to overall health and longevity.

other words, your ability to hold onto a bar can tell us a lot more than how much weight you can lift or what the scale says.

That’s exactly why we’re doing dead hangs right now in our Hold The Line Challenge inside Busy to Bomb.

My clients aren’t just following random workouts. They’re constantly being challenged in new ways that improve strength, mobility, longevity, confidence, and overall health. Every month has a purpose, and every challenge is designed to help them become stronger inside and out.

Not because it’s trendy.

Not because it’s flashy.

Because it matters.

And as you’ll see in this video, I’m getting my girls involved too. Strength isn’t just something I want for myself. It’s something I want for my daughters as well.

So if you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be coached by me, this is a small glimpse. We don’t just chase weight loss. We build strong, capable women who can handle whatever life throws at them.

Now I want to know…

How long can you hang?
