WOW Gym I am a mobile personal training business that brings the workout to you. I was an All-State football player in High School and an All-American in college.

The WOW Gym is a facility in Canyon Lake that provides a comfortable workout environment.

F - 8:00am I have boot camp classes at the local parks and schools and will travel to clients homes for a more individual training session. I am a certified personal trainer through the Ame

rican College of Sports Medicine ACSM and have a degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor. I trained several athletes and led boot camp classes while in school. I am now back in my home town to provide Canyon Lake with multiple oppurtunities to increase their physical fitnees and better their health.

Memorial Day morning, we’re coming together for a community workout to honor, remember, and put in some hard work.

The flyer has the workout options listed, so check that out and pick the version that fits you best.

🏃 Community Heat: 8:00 AM
📍 Parking: Overlook Park

We’ll have music, snacks, and hydration on site.

Please bring your own mat if you want one for push-ups/sit-ups.

All fitness levels are welcome. Come solo, bring a friend, or bring the whole crew. Just show up ready to work and honor the day. 🇺🇸
