Starting this August, AO Athletics is teaming up with Jeremie Calhoun – Rebirth Performance for Speed & Agility training designed to help athletes get faster, stronger, quicker, and more explosive!🏃‍♀️💨

Whether your athlete plays softball, baseball, football, basketball, soccer, or any other sport, these sessions are designed to take their athleticism to the next level! 💪

📅 Mondays - 4:45pm
📅 Wednesdays - 4:45 PM & 5:30 PM

Starting August 12th, AO Athletics will transition to our school-year hours. Whether you're stopping by after school or you're homeschooling and need morning training time, we've got you covered!

🗓️ New Hours with Abbie Tidwell:
• Monday–Wednesday: 3:30–8:00 PM
• Thursday & Friday: 3:30–7:00 PM
• Homeschool training available: 9:00–11:00 AM (by appointment)

This week is the perfect time to check out the NEW golf simulator at AO Athletics during our trial run! For this week only, book the simulator for just **$30 per hour**. Whether you're looking to get some swings in, play a round with friends, or just escape the rain, we've got the perfect setup for you.
