Super simple, easy to prep ahead, and it was SO good cold on the lake. ☀️💦

Apparently clean eating doesn’t have to mean chicken, chicken…and more chicken. 😂🐔

Tomorrow we're heading to Lake Hawkins!

See everyone at the boat launch. 🌊
Remember, we have yellow bands for our group - so we can easily spot each other if we get seperated.

Guys, tomorrow may be more FLOAT than PADDLE at Lake Hawkins. 😂🛶☀️

The forecast is showing 10–15 mph winds, so we’ll definitely be watching conditions.

General Rule:
* At 10 mph, experienced paddlers can usually handle it, but you’ll feel it.
* Closer to 15 mph, we could see more chop, harder steering and a much tougher paddle against the wind.

That said… I would still LOVE a lake day!💦
