Fall weather has been more than agreeable for lesson days. Tonight we bobbed for apples and put a new spin on “ egg and spoon”. We are focusing on good horsemanship, good citizenship, and good friendships. As the riders continue to advance their skills, we look forward to a full year of competition. We were prepared and excited for Bulldog Equestrian “Boot “ Camp next week -with a tropical theme! Bright colors, fun games and prizes, and island themed drinks and snacks were on the agenda. Well, the weather said “ Hold my Sweat Tea” and hit us with tropical-like temperatures, forcing the decision to cancel camp. With the possibility of real-feel temperatures in the mid 90s and above, it’s just not safe or sensible for our athletes and horse partners. We will put this tropical theme to use when we begin our season in August. Stay tuned for exciting changes, new opportunities, and a few fresh faces.
